SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

• We currently ship within Malaysia and soon will be shipping worldwide.
• Orders will be process for shipping within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday). Tracking information will be sent to customers once order has been posted.
• All duties and taxes imposed will be held by customers.
• Items are generally delivered within 3-7 business days from the day posted, depending on the location.
• In cases for delivery that is returned to us, the shipping charges to resend the package will be borne by the customer.

Returns

• All return items must be unused and in the same condition when received. And must also be in the original packaging.
• Validity of exchanging last for 3 days only after receiving your parcel.
• For exchanges due to damage and defected item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
• No exchanges of colours will be entertain.
• Shipping and handling fees will be charged to customer for any exchange transaction.

All purchases are non-refundable.
Turbante has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.
